Colin Walsh writes: 4G is Dave Casey. He was the son of James Casey who produced BBC radio comedies such as 'Clithero Kid'. He died of an asthma attack in a taxi, on his way to perform at a theatre in Liverpool, I think in the early '70s. 9g is Lawrence Dempsey. Don't think anyone called him 'Larry' unless death was iminent. I am 55g but 'Colin', not 'Paul'. Yes, the Buckels are swapped and 13H is Chris Buckels Put my money on 75g being John Hartley but, in 2009, that won't be a lot of money. Hope that's useful. And Peter O'Neill suggests 48G is Patrick Doyle.
