**"Charlie" Brown played for England Schools in 1963.
It might also be of interest that Dave Moss who captained the Collegiate 7s ( see Collegiate 7s 1963) was
selected to play for England Schools in 1964 but was unable to play because of injury
incurred playing for the school at the Oxford University 7s

Additional notes
I noticed the 1963 photo of the 7 a side team which won the Liverpool Collegiate tournament.
This states that previously this had been mistakenly referred to as winning the Caldy 7s Tournament.
In 1962-3 there was a clash of dates for tournaments which eventually resulted in the team correctly shown as winning the Collegiate 7s
while the team shown in the attached photo actually did win the Caldy 7s.
